How to Cook Sticky BBQ Wings

Introduction
Welcome back Sunday Menu Family, hope you are all enjoying our food recipes for great Sunday dishes for the family and friends. For today's recipe we will be showing you how to cook the best Sticky BBQ Wings, BBQ wings are a great side/starter dish to have at dinner parties or family gatherings. They are a crowd pleaser and not only are they super tasty, they are super easy and simple to make. If you are a beginner you have nothing to worry about, Follow our step by step process and before you know it you will be a pro.

Ingredients
For 20 Wings
1. 20 British chicken wings
2. 1 cup of Heinz BBQ Sauce (290g)
3. 1/2 cup of honey (170g)
4. 1 teaspoon paprika
5. 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
6. 1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
8. 1 teaspoon basil
9. 1 Magi Cube
10. 1 cup of plain flour (125g)
11. 1/2 cup of Virgin Olive Oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220C/fan 180C/gas. Have the top shelf ready as this is where we will place the wings once they are ready to bake.
Step 2
Take a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, and garlic powder, coat the wings in the flour evenly, shaking off any excess. Place the coated wings onto the baking tray and put this in the oven. Allow the wings to cook for 30 mins.
Step 3
Once the floured coated wings are cooked, take the tray out of the oven and place them on the side to cool down.
Whilst your wings are cooling down.
Take a large bowl and combine the cup of BBQ sauce and 1/2 cup of honey, begin to stir whilst stirring and begin to add in each seasoning to the bowl. Once the sauce is ready take this and pour this all over the wings. Shake the baking tray until sauce has evenly covered the wings.
Step 5
Place the BBQ coated wings on the top shelf in the oven and allow it to cook for another 20 mins.
Once cooked, take the wings out of the oven and allow it to sit for 5 mins to cool down.
Once cool they are ready for you to plate and serve as a great side dish for all your party guests.
